We use matching request information to identify providers whose stated expertise fits your request, and to contact you about that request. We use contact form submissions to respond to your message. We use provider applications to review listing requests.

Sharing with providers

When you submit a matching request, we may share the details of that request with the providers we identify as a fit, so they can respond to you. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.

Retention

We retain submissions for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted by contacting us. You can opt out of further contact at any time.
